Submitting an inquiry does not create a contractual relationship until both parties confirm scope in writing.
1 · Use of this site
This website presents CERAMICS’ sourcing and supply capabilities for ceramic tableware and teaware. Its content — product categories, specifications, standards references and industry data — is informational and does not constitute an offer, a binding specification or professional advice for your specific transaction.
2 · Quotes, orders and the Proforma Invoice
Responses to inquiries are indicative until confirmed in a quote. The operative document for every order is the Proforma Invoice (PI), which defines price and validity, quantity and MOQ per SKU, production and delivery schedule, packaging standard, Incoterms and duty treatment, and payment terms. Figures on this site that are labeled “typical” or given as ranges — MOQs, transit windows, industry statistics — are illustrative references and are confirmed per order in the quote and PI.
3 · Trade and compliance references
References to tariffs and food-contact standards (including FDA 21 CFR 109.16, EC 84/500/EEC with 2005/31/EC, LFGB and CA Prop 65) describe the frameworks programs are built around. They are not legal advice and not a warranty of any regulatory outcome for your specific goods or market; applicable measures may change, and the terms confirmed in your PI govern.
4 · Limitation of liability
This site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CERAMICS is not liable for decisions taken or losses incurred in reliance on site content alone. Liability for any engagement arises only from the applicable signed agreement and the PI.
5 · Language
This site is published in English and other languages for convenience. For quotes, orders and disputes, the English version of site content and documents prevails unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
