Three buying models. One ceramics supply team.
A hotel group, a DTC brand and an importer do not fail for the same reasons — so none of them should buy on the same terms. Each program below carries its own MOQ logic, fulfillment lane and duty treatment, run end to end by one team from the kiln to your door.
Match the program to how you sell.
Every program includes glaze-compliance planning, fragile-grade packing and duty-shown quotes. What differs is the operating rhythm built around your order book.
Hotels & Restaurants
Reinforced porcelain bodies, stackable forms and replacement buffers planned into production. Built around the Hotel Premium Porcelain Line, with per-batch test reports available on request.
Ecommerce Brands
Sample-first launches, per-order dropshipping pilots with a blind dropship option, then a private-label path once a SKU proves itself. Breakage math priced in from the first quote.
Wholesale & Distribution
Full-container programs with mixed-SKU consolidation, AQL pre-shipment inspection before loading, landed cost shown per line and a replenishment rhythm you can plan against.
What each program commits to.
Figures below are typical planning values — confirmed per SKU and per lane in your quote.
| Program | Typical MOQ | Default fulfillment | Duty treatment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hotels & Restaurants | 1000 pcs per line | Sea freight with a replacement buffer planned into runs; air for urgent top-ups | US DDP duties prepaid; EU duty shown explicitly; UK quoted through the company-specific rate channel |
| Ecommerce Brands | Stock lines from 500 pcs per item; samples first | Per-order dropship pilot or platform-inbound cartons; air DDP for launch | US DDP with the duty stack shown; EU quotes state AD duty and VAT in or out; UK per company rate |
| Wholesale & Distribution | Container programs; stock lines from 500 pcs per item | Sea or rail consolidation with pre-shipment inspection before loading | Quoted FOB, CIF or DDP with duties shown per line |
Custom development typically runs 1000–3000 pcs per item, driven by molds and glaze work. Final MOQ is confirmed per SKU in your quote.
The same five steps, whoever you are.
Inquiry & model
Tell us how you sell. The RFQ asks your buyer type so the program — not just the price — gets matched to your operation.
Spec & quote
Kiln options, glaze paths, MOQ and a duty-shown price per line. No mystery fees downstream.
Samples
Golden samples couriered DDP; glaze and color tolerance agreed in writing before mass production.
Compliance & first batch
Food-contact testing scheduled against your destination market; first production run or dropship pilot.
Scale & reorder
Sea and rail for repeat volume, air for top-ups. Damage allowance and claims written into the SLA.
Before you pick a program.
Which program should my company start with?+
Start from how you sell, not from the catalog. If you operate rooms or covers, the hospitality program is built around durability and replacement continuity. If you sell online and want to test demand first, start with samples and a dropshipping pilot. If you buy volume to resell, the wholesale container program with mixed-SKU consolidation is the default.
Can we move between programs later?+
Yes — that is the usual path. An ecommerce brand typically starts with a dropshipping pilot, graduates to stock lines at 500 pieces per item, then upgrades winners into private label. Wholesale buyers often begin with one container of consolidated SKUs and narrow into dedicated lines. The kilns, glazes and compliance files carry over.
Do you serve markets beyond the US, EU and UK?+
Yes. Canada, Australia and much of Southeast Asia carry no major trade-remedy measures on ceramic tableware, so standard DDP or DDU terms apply. Japan and Korea are serviceable markets — programs can be tested against their food-contact expectations, with reports available on request.
Tell us how you sell. We will match the program.
Send your product list and destination market. You get a structured quote: MOQ, glaze specs, compliance path and duty-shown delivered cost.
