What DDP has to carry in 2026. The EU applies a unified 79.0% anti-dumping duty on Chinese ceramic tableware (Reg. United States
With de minimis gone, every parcel — sample, dropship order or container — enters formally. DDP with duties prepaid is the stable default; our review found no AD/CVD order in place for ceramic tableware under HS 6911/6912, but Section 301 and reciprocal stacking must be priced, not discovered.
European Union
The unified 79.0% duty (Reg. (EU) 2026/274) makes an under-estimated duty line catastrophic rather than annoying. EU programs are quoted with the duty line shown — included under DDP, or excluded as a DAP option. For reorders, rail runs 18–35 days at roughly one third of air cost.
UK, Canada & others
The UK runs company-specific rates of 13.1–36.1% (gov.uk AD 2378) with an interim review opened 1 July 2026 — quotes are timestamped and refreshed if rates move. Canada and Australia face no major trade-remedy measures; standard DDP or DDU with duties stated in the quote.

Is DDP still the right term now that US de minimis is gone?+
It is now the only steady state. Since 29 August 2025 every parcel clears formally and carries the duty stack, so the real choice is whether duty appears in your unit economics before the goods ship or after they land. DDP puts it before — the price you sign is the delivered price.
When does FOB still beat DDP?+
For experienced importers who already run a customs broker and a freight contract, FOB lets them shop freight and duty management competitively.
